Rachael Hartline LVT MBA

Certified EAL/EAP Facilitator

Rachael has over 35 years of experience working with horses. In 1992 she graduated from the Horse Management and Science program at Michigan State University. She continued her education receiving a B.S. of Animal Science, a M.B.A. in leadership studies and a Veterinary Technology degree. She was the former director of the Veterinary Technology program at Baker College. Currently she coaches the Goodrich Equestrian team and is a volunteer facilitator at Equine Escape. Rachael received her EAL/EAP certification from EAGALA founder Greg Kertsen of the O.K. Corral Series in December of 2016.  She now volunteers her time when she can to help our troubled youth and veterans.

Rachael had a passion for children and teens who have suffered through trauma and abuse.  She has made children within the foster system and those adopted with Reactive Attachment Disorder her mission to help through their recovery.  Her mission is to help  children become the cycle breakers when referring to trauma and abuse.  Rachael believes no door should ever be closed to a child and the resources provided in our program are vital to any child needing help with anxiety, depression, self harm, negative coping mechanisms and suicidal ideations.To learn more about her story and why she is so passionate please go to our "In the News" section and read " Where Healing Happens".

Retired Army Veteran | TS/SCI | EAL Facilitator

Brent is an Army veteran with 26 years of service. He is an Airborne Ranger who has been deployed to Afghanistan among other places. He is EAL certified through OK Coral and has been working with horses since 2017. 

​

His next purpose is to show others that there is a better way to deal with struggles while using horses as a medium.

Retired Army Veteran | EAL Facilitator

Tanja is an Army veteran with 24 years of service. She has done 7 combat deployments to Bosnia, Iraq and Afghanistan. She has her EAL certification through OK Coral and also works as a PATHH Guide for the Warrior PATHH Program.
